About Malanee Erenna

 
Malanee Erenna is a Virginia native and REALTOR®, proudly serving clients across the Richmond region. Her approach is rooted in community, creativity, and thoughtful execution, ensuring her clients’ needs and goals are met with intention.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Malanee has called Richmond home since graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications in 2019.

Malane joined Rashkind Saunders & Co. in 2023, where she leads Marketing & Communications by shaping the brokerage’s brand strategy, creating core content and overseeing digital and social media platforms. Before joining RS&Co., Malanee built a strong foundation in real estate marketing with CoStar Group and Apartments.com by working at the intersection of commercial real estate, hospitality analytics, and data-driven marketing strategy.

Malanee brings a unique perspective to her role as a real estate agent. A digital native and analytics enthusiast, she specializes in blending data-informed strategy with visually compelling and strategic content across digital and print platforms. She believes in creating authentic connections between people and places, which is essential to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the market with clarity and confidence.

Outside of real estate, Malanee enjoys exploring Richmond’s vibrant art, music, food and cultural scenes with her husband, Eddie. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and "making the most of her mortgage" by hosting at her home in Hanover County.
