Formally established in 2014, RS&Co. is a partnership between Graham Rashkind and Jason Saunders that dates back decades. Natives of Virginia Beach, VA Graham and Jason are lifelong friends who migrated to Richmond in the 1990s. Since 2004, they have collaborated to sell homes for some of the region’s premier real estate brands. In 2011, their partnership expanded to include residential leasing and property management. By 2014, they vacated their positions with another local brokerage to debut Rashkind Saunders & Co. Real Estate. Since entering the market place as a full-service residential Real Estate broker, RS&Co. has claimed its place among Richmond’s best boutique real estate brokerages.

Graham Rashkind, a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia, is the Co-Owner and Managing Broker of Rashkind Saunders & Co. Real Estate. Graham brings over 15 years of experience as a top-producing sales person and broker. Graham oversees business development for RS & Co., as well as client and sales services for the brokerage. Graham has been recognized as a Distinguished Achiever by the Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR) each of the last 12 years for sales production. He is also a graduate of RAR’s Leadership Development Academy, holds the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and has extensive experience representing court-ordered bankruptcy sales. Jason Saunders, a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia, is the Co-Owner and Principal Broker of Rashkind Saunders & Co. Real Estate. Jason is responsible for the supervision of all brokerage activities and oversees all compliance matters at the firm. He is focused on ensuring that our Real Estate Sales Associates conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism, honor and respect for our clients. Licensed since 2004, Jason began his career as a Sales Associate helping clients buy and sell single-family homes and investment properties. Jason earned his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2011. Raised in Virginia Beach, VA Jason attended Randolph-Macon College in Ashland and relocated to Richmond, VA permanently in 2002. He has more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate and has been recognized by the Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR) as a Distinguished Achiever. Winnie Pennington
Operations Manager, Property Management

Winnie Pennington serves as the Operations Manager for The Property Shop, Rashkind Saunders & Co’s full service property management division. Winnie provides operations, maintenance, and client support. She is the first point of contact for our tenants and repair providers, assisting them by coordinating property repairs and maintenance; she is involved through every step of the process from the initial service call through the completion of the work order. She has more than 15 years of experience in property management, having worked on-site at several large multi-family apartment communities and more recently working for a large regional property management firm based in Richmond. Winnie joined our team in August of 2016. She lives in Midlothian.

Kelly West

Transaction & Client Care Manager

Kelly West serves as the Transaction & Client Care Manager for Rashkind Saunders & Co. Real Estate. She provides administrative and marketing support for our team of Realtors. Her primary responsibility includes transaction coordination, guiding each sale to settlement and ensuring a smooth process behind the scenes for every client. In addition, Kelly has been a licensed Realtor since 2009 and brings a depth of experience to the position that includes office management, residential sales and listings, relocation and foreclosures. Originally from New England, Kelly is a diehard Red Sox and Patriots Fan.  She currently lives in Midlothian with her husband, three boys and their beloved rescue animals.

Malanee Erenna serves as the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator for Rashkind Saunders & Co. Real Estate. She comes to Rashkind Saunders & Co. with marketing and analytics experience in the commercial real estate and hospitality sectors. A digital native, Malanee is passionate about creating community-driven media and strategy. She is excited to help produce educational content to support both the REALTORS and the clients they serve. Malanee always makes time to explore the incredible community, food and activities that the Richmond area has to offer. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hosting dinner parties at her home in Hanover County.
